The Itu Hat is a knitting pattern worked from the bottom up in the round using the Magic Loop method. The project is completely seamless.
You begin with a classic cast-on and stockinette stitch to form the folded brim. The work is then continued in the round until the hat reaches the desired height. The top of the hat is shaped by symmetrically decreasing the number of stitches. Finally you can either bind off the stitches or continue to shape the decorative antennae.
