Goodie Hat is worked in the round with Magic Loop from the bottom up in a stockinette stitch.
You start by casting on the required number of stitches, then create a double brim. Then the hat is worked to the required height and its upper part is shaped by symmetrically reducing stitches. The stitches are closed using the Kitchener bind off method.
