The knitting pattern includes a list of all techniques used in the project, along with links to the corresponding tutorial videos.
The slipover is worked from the top down, partly in rows and partly in rounds, without seaming. The slipover is worked in slip stitch pattern, and the ribbing is worked in 1×1 rib.
You begin by working the back of the slipover in rows while shaping the armhole.
Next, you work the right and left front sections in rows while shaping the neckline and the armhole. Both sections are then joined and the front is worked until the armhole shaping is complete.
In the following step the front and back are joined and worked in rounds to the ribbing.
The edges of the slipover are finished with selvedge stitches, which allow the fabric to curl slightly.
