Errata

I make every effort to ensure the pattern is error-free. However, mistakes during design and editing can happen even to the best of us. I encourage you to check the errata before you start knitting.

How can you download the updated PDF file?

DREAM BIG SWEATER

  1. Chart E2: updated number of stitches shown on the chart and changed from 50 to 48 stitches, by removing column 6 and 39,  resulting in 6 rather than 7 knit stitches in between lace pattern on both sides of the chart. That makes this chart aligned with Chart E1. Change introduced on July 31st 2026 (8:15 pm CET). All files downloaded after this date ( regardless of the purchase date) contain this update.
  2. The order of picking up stitches for the back of the sweater and the sequence of using charts E1/E2 and F1/F2 in the following stages of the work, in order to maintain the continuity of the cable from the neckline through the sleeves.

If the project has already been started, there is no need to unravel your work or start from the beginning.

You can first check on your own whether the update applies to your project.

First, check which of the initial charts was worked on each shoulder. Compare this arrangement with your knitted piece.

    • left shoulder: A1 A1,
    • right shoulder: A2 A2.

If in your project charts A1 and A2 were worked according to the arrangement above, simply continue following the updated instructions.

If, however, charts A1 and A2 were worked the other way around (A2 on the left shoulder and A1 on the right), you can keep your current setup and, in the next stages, swap charts E1/E2 and F1/F2 accordingly from the updated instructions to maintain the correct cable continuity.

This does not affect the video instructions in masterclass course. However, when it comes to the stitch layout in the knitwear please refer only the knitting pattern and the charts.

Change applied on 06.08.2026 (6:00 CET). All files downloaded after this date (regardless of when they were purchased) contain the corrected instructions.

  3. Underarm shaping: The back length measured at the center back should be approx. changed from 28 (28.5) 29 (29) 30 (30.5) cm [11 (11.25) 11.5 (11.5) 11.75 (12) in]  to to 21 (23) 24 (26) 26 (27) cm [8.25 (9) 9.5 (10.25) 10.25 (10.5) in]. Change applied on 06.08.2026 (6:00 CET). All files downloaded after this date (regardless of when they were purchased) contain the corrected instructions.

BOCAS DRESS

  1. Right front Pick up the stitches from the neckline toward the shoulder" corrected to " Pick up the stitches from the shoulder toward the neckline" . Change introduced on April 7th 2026. All files downloaded after this date ( regardless of the purchase date) contain this update.

MULAI CARDIGAN

  1. When knitting a cardigan, work the neckband first, then the double placket. The pattern forced this order because of the steps required to correctly pick up the stitches for the placket. However, the original version of the pattern provides instructions for making the placket first and then the neckband, which might suggest this order. On September 11, 2025, the order of the instructions was changed to reflect the correct flow of making the cardigan. All files downloaded after this date (regardless of when they were purchased) contain the intended order of instructions.

All good despite that. You can continue knitting! 🧶
