First of all, don't worry! I've taken steps to ensure you don't lose access to your designs ❤️
Due to the fact that throughout all the years of our activity (and those are already a bit behind us 😇), patterns could be purchased on various sales platforms, providing you with access also takes different forms.
Let's break this down into parts!
Scenario 1 - the purchase of the pattern took place after 06/09/2022 inclusive (dotyczy ponad 90% waszych zamówień i tutaj jest dość łatwo 
)
- If you have a customer account all files with access codes assigned to it were automatically replaced with the files with the patterns in PDF format. This change took place on August 25-26, 2025. The replaced files have no download time or download limit, but please download and save them to your device.
- If you don't have a customer account but you have all the emails with the order details and links to download files, the link to download the file with the access code automatically enables you to download the pattern file as a PDF. Please note that the file name in the email cannot be changed, so the link is still be called "Project Name Access Code," but after clicking it, the system will generate a new file with the pattern. This change took place on August 25-26, 2025. The replaced files have no download time or download limit, but please download and save them to your device.
Scenario 2 – the purchase of the pattern took place before 05.09.2022 inclusive
- New “Download PDF File” button was made available in all online patterns on August 25–26, 2025, allowing you to download the pattern in PDF format. Log in to the online pattern pobierz jego wersję w PDF do 31.10.2025. Search for this button in the online pattern:
Please note that:
- It's not possible to send PDF patterns individually via email. Therefore, new emails with order changes will not be sent. However, we are planning to send group emails to all customers reminding them of the planned change. All emails will be sent from hello@handmadestateofmind.com.
- Online versions of the patterns will be available until October 31, 2025. After this date, you will not be able to log in.
- All patterns in the online version have been moved to the pattern archive, which you can access via the link in the main menu at the bottom 🙂
- If you notice any issues accessing the patterns, please email hello@handmadestateofmind.com .
In most cases, the change does not require any or only minimal action on your part and will not affect the comfort of using the patterns and courses 😊
